Ingredients

Instructions

  • Roast pumpkin until soft, mash/blend into purée.

  • Blend purée, dates, and egg until smooth.

  • Mix oat flour, ghee butter, and cinnamon (optional) in a bowl.

  • Combine wet and dry mixtures into dough.

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Shape into 11–12 cookies.

  • Bake 15–18 mins until golden.
